If you are a parent or guardian of a minor athlete and do not want your child's image used for promotional purposes, contact us and we will exclude those images. Image use rights are also covered in the session agreement signed at the time of booking or event.

Our services often involve photographs of minors, but our Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly allow children under 13 to create accounts or submit personal information through the Site. All purchases must be made by an adult.

If you believe a child has provided personal information through the Site without parental consent, contact us and we will delete it.

Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Request correction or deletion of your information
• Opt out of marketing emails. Every newsletter includes an unsubscribe link.
• Opt out of certain data sharing
